When you visit our website, our hosting provider (Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany) automatically collects server log data (IP address, date and time of request, referrer URL, browser type, operating system). Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation). Logs are deleted after 30 days at the latest.

If you contact us by e-mail or telephone, your details will be stored for the purpose of processing your request. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. b and lit. f GDPR. Data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required and there are no statutory retention obligations to the contrary.

Our newsletter is delivered via SendCockpit (Ambeck GmbH, Germany). Registration is done using the double opt-in procedure. Legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every newsletter.

We use the consent management platform Usercentrics (Usercentrics GmbH, Sendlinger Str. 7, 80331 München) to obtain and document your consent for non-essential cookies and services. You can review and revoke your settings at any time via the "Privacy Settings" link in the footer.

We embed videos from our own CDN (cdn.ehrenberg360.de). No third-party tracking cookies are set by these embeds.

You have the right to information (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21) as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
